One of Australia's prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Business Change Practitioner **to work in support of the program focusing on cyber defence on complex projects within an integrated workforce. The **Business Change Practitioner** will work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand, analyse and define the change vision and process for change. The successful **Business Change Practitioner **will be offered an initial **12 month** contract along with **2 x** **12 month extension** options partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.

The successful **Business Change Practitioner **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Briefing stakeholders and various Agency Boards and forums on planned Change
- Taking responsibility for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems
- Delivering change within Agile Delivery and Agency Governance frameworks
- Defining the programme or project benefits, assessing progress towards benefit realisation

The successful **Business Change Practitioner **will have experience in the following:

- Capability to understand, analyse and map/model current and future business processes
- Experience providing advice to the project teams on change management processes and methods
- Proven ability to work as a productive member of a team
