Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Business Change Practitioner** who has proven communication skills and self-management skills.

**About the role**:

- Define the programme or project benefits, assess progress towards benefit realisation and implement change to achieve measurable improvements in business operations
- Brief stakeholders and various Agency Boards and forums on planned Change
- Monitor and supervise changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organisation
- Deliver change within Agile Delivery and Agency Governance frameworks

**Ideally, you will have**:

- A minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change management
- Collecting and analysing data to provide 'as is' and 'to be' descriptions as well as the change gap
- Demonstrated experience preparing high quality documentation
- Ability to provide advice on change management processes and methods
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals
