Base pay range: A$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr

The foundations are in place, and now we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to take a key role in shaping the next phase of Excolo's growth.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Finance & Accounting Recruiter, you'll drive growth in one of our most in-demand practice areas, partnering with clients across:
Financial Control, Reporting & Treasury
Commercial & Business Analysis
Financial analysis and business partnering
Transactional finance
Finance Transformation & Systems Projects
You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, grow a strong client portfolio, and connect highly skilled finance professionals with career-defining opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.
Proactively develop and grow your client base through networking, business development, and relationship management.
Build talent pipelines and keep your finger on the pulse of the Finance & Accounting market.
Work collaboratively with your team to share insights, plan effectively, and celebrate success.
Consistently set and achieve goals, backed by drive, focus, and persistence.
What We're Looking For
3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on Finance & Accounting (or strong related B2B/consultative sales experience).
A track record of success in building client relationships and delivering results.
A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and watching them succeed.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to business development.
A confident, relationship-driven style—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
