The Opportunity

Due to ongoing demand and growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance & Accounting division. You will take ownership of a warm desk with strong market presence, but the real focus will be business development and client attraction.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Ambitious, commercial, and motivated by results
  • Excited to expand their client network in Finance & Accounting
  • Skilled at building long-term partnerships with senior finance leaders
  • Ready to enjoy both the freedom to run your desk, whilst leveraging from our collaborative team approach and decades of expertise

  • Proven recruitment experience within Finance & Accounting (ideally across commercial or professional services clients)
  • A track record in developing new business and building strong client relationships
  • Energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • A consultative style with the credibility to engage senior finance professionals
