Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant, Professional Services – Sydney for a specialist Recruitment Agency focusing on roles across Professional Services in Australia and the wider APAC region. This is a full 360-recruitment role, where growing a new client base is key, as will developing your own network. You will research and secure new clients as well as find, screen, and build your own pool of candidates.

They are a proud team of market experts who work closely with a wide range of leading employers, within both C&I and Private firms.

Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$87,500.00/yr

Pay information

This range is provided by Permanent People Rec2Rec. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a new client base within Professional Services (Australia and APAC region).
  • Research, secure and manage new clients; source, screen, and build a pool of candidates.
  • Operate on both contingent and search-based roles, at the mid-senior level of the market.
Qualifications & experience
  • At least 2-3 years recruitment experience within a professional services sector agency environment.
  • Ambitious, driven, and professional; strong interpersonal skills for high-end clients and candidates.
  • Experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Financial Services or Risk & Compliance would be of interest.
  • Open to relocators with sponsorship requirements: a relevant degree and two years recruitment agency experience, or five years of experience without a degree.
