Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant located in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviewing and placing them in roles. Daily tasks include graduate recruitment, consulting with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills
  • Consulting and Interviewing expertise
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
