The Opportunity

Due to ongoing demand and growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance & Accounting division. You will take ownership of a warm desk with strong market presence, but the real focus will be business development and client attraction.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

• Ambitious, commercial, and motivated by results
• Excited to expand their client network in Finance & Accounting
• Skilled at building long-term partnerships with senior finance leaders
• Ready to enjoy both the freedom to run your desk, whilst leveraging from our collaborative team approach and decades of expertise

• A consultative style with the credibility to engage senior finance professionals
