Development Manager - Masterplanned CommunitiesJoin to apply for the Development Manager - Masterplanned Communities role at Stockland.About the RoleWorking within a multi-disciplinary team, the Development Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of project strategies, including establishing project vision, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery with a focus on commercial outcomes.
This position is based in Tweed with regular travel to our Brisbane Head office.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Oversight: Develop and maintain financial models for projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.Sustainability Leadership: Implement the Residential Sustainability Policy at the project level, promoting environmental stewardship.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Project Management: Oversee all project phases from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and develop strategic relationships.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams with a collaborative approach.Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.Experience in development management, preferably within greenfield residential land or similar sectors.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial forecasting and management.Customer-focused mindset, utilizing insights to inform decisions.Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.Degree in a relevant discipline.The Stockland PropositionAt Stockland, we offer diverse opportunities for professional growth and development.
