This role involves the management of services for Specialist Workforce Australia, ensuring compliance and achievement of performance measures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a current list of customers with prior offender history, creating strategies and employment initiatives to generate suitable employment outcomes, and delivering the Service Model effectively.
This position will play a pivotal role in developing, coaching, and driving the performance of teams while fostering a supportive culture.
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff and employers;
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry and labour market trends;
- Motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders;
- Show strong task and time management skills, with attention to detail and data integrity;
- Ensure accurate administration requirements and reports are maintained and provided to management as required;
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including typing 30 words per minute.
In addition, you will be required to:
- Hold a valid driver's licence;
- Possess at least three years' experience in Employment Services;
- Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.
A background working in Justice programs or with prior offenders/WFA is highly desirable.
