We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager SIL Strengthening Program, the Process Improvement Manager is a key role within National SIL (Supported Independent Living) Strengthening Program.

The role will have accountability for supporting the delivery of consistent and sustainable SIL practices, streamlining processes across the organisation and lead engagement with appropriate stakeholders; developing and delivering process optimisation to ensure practices are sustainable, efficient and streamlined, while meeting customer need.

**About You**
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in process improvement environment
- Extensive experience in business process mapping and optimisation, business requirements documentation, gap analysis and continuous improvement delivery models
- A background or experience in Disability, Health, NFP and/or government is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practice regarding process maturity methodology, and BPM process management at scale
- Strong experience in managing organisational change
