We're seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving process improvements and cost savings initiatives across our operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, with experience in leading project management and delivery of significant initiatives. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of unique needs of different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with employees to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead a continuous improvement culture that encourages employee involvement and ownership
  • Drive key trainings on PPI methodology
  • Coordinate and lead projects to improve existing business processes
  • Run workshops to build project diagnostics and identify, prioritize and plan improvements

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a Supply Chain/Commercial environment
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification, preferably Black Belt level
  • Project Management Leadership, with a strong focus on productivity/savings based projects
