As a SIL Operations Manager, you will lead the growth and quality of operations by driving participant care and continuous business improvement.

The role is a key member of the Executive Team, overseeing SIL operations, driving operational sustainability, and ensuring timely and participant-focused services.

You will join a premier organization in disability services as a Full-Time Supported Independent Living (SIL) Operations Manager. Your leadership skills will be vital in steering day-to-day operations in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage SIL operations, aligning with strategic plans for sustainable growth.
  • Review and centralize operational processes across accommodations.
  • Design and implement service strategy to ensure Governance, Quality, and alignment with NDIS plans.
  • Oversee and create policy, systems, and processes for Operational Service Delivery functions.
  • Work alongside the Executive Manager Business Optimization to review and implement efficient systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including NDIS and ACIS Certification.

About You

We are seeking a proven leader with experience in complex environments and continuous business improvement.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Degree qualifications in Healthcare/Disability, Business or related disciplines.
  • NDIS/Disability sector exposure desired.
  • Strong project/change management, procurement, and leadership skills.
  • High-level communication, presentation, program/project management skills.
  • Committed to quality support and innovative approaches to service delivery.

The successful candidate will have expertise in procurement, tendering, and supplier management processes.

They will also have experience in leading teams and driving forward strategies in a participant-focused environment.

A strong understanding of local, state, and Commonwealth legislation, trends, opportunities will be an added advantage.
