Commercial Transformation Lead

This role is a key part of our commercial transformation, driving initiatives that impact revenue and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams to improve processes across multiple areas, including accounts receivable, consumption occupier collections, disconnections, hardship, and revenue control.

  • Improve processes to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive commercial impact

This position sits within the Customer Operations team, responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives that strengthen our revenue control framework.
