**About us**

We are a proud Australian owned and operated supplier to the sign, display, sportswear and apparel manufacturing, print and graphic industries for over 25 years across Australia and the Pacific Islands. We supply a wide range of printing equipment, cutting machinery, software, consumables and technical services.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high regard for exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, accountable with a positive attitude
- A keen eye for detail with great organisational and planning skills
- Computer literacy
- Able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales customer service in person, over the phone or web, preferred but not essential

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Answering incoming sales call enquiries from customers
- Providing administrative support to sales team
- Entering sales orders into MYOB (experience preferred but not essential as training provided)
- Processing EFTPOS / Credit Card Payments
- Liaising with customers on order status, delivery time frames, delays and backorders

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
