Our client is a leading Australian distributor and manufacturer of steel, tube and pipe.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of their business, responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer enquiries, developing accounts and generating quotes.
- Maintaining the internal database.
- Maximising gross sales through quote analysis.
- Assisting external sales and branch managers in processing priority transactions.
- Providing technical information to customers.
- Monitoring ship dates to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensuring sales transactions are processed and closed in a timely manner.

**Skills and Experience**
- Sales/ Customer service experience.
- Proven track record working with tight deadlines.
- Experience in the steel industry is highly desired (not essential)
- Have great attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
