About the role

Power Shield is seeking a talented and driven Internal Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Malaga, Western Australia. As an Internal Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our innovative security solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, demonstrating the value of our security products and services
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  3. Identify and qualify sales leads, nurturing them through the sales process to secure new business opportunities
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably within the security or related industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  4. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to achieving sales targets
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
