We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Internal Salesperson to join our team in Malaga.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that combines internal sales, customer service, and warehouse support. You'll be responsible for providing expert advice, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience - both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Assist and advise customers at the trade counter
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries and prepare quotes
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately
  • Provide product information and recommend tailored solutions
  • Support general warehouse duties as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety and company policies

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a similar Counter Sales or Internal Sales role
  • Strong product knowledge in construction or related industries (ideal)
  • Competent computer skills (Intermediate level or higher)
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
  • A genuine drive for personal development and career growth
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 7.30am- 4.00pm.
