Workforce Planning Specialist

This is a key position within the Business Operations Team, responsible for providing strategic workforce planning support. The successful candidate will have previous experience and in-depth understanding of workforce planning principles.

- Develop and implement tactical and strategic tools to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

- Advanced workforce planning skills, with expertise in MS Excel analytical and modelling techniques to create detailed reports.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
