**About The Role**
We are seeking multiple Dispatch Operators for the timely and dynamic deployment of resources on a proactive basis to ensure multiple and conflicting priorities are met.

Additionally, proactive jeopardy management of all work orders across is required to ensure service level agreements are met.

Key skills include ability to effectively work in a high-pressure environment whilst maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service behaviour. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high attention to detail is critical to the role. Compliance to procedures is a fundamental requirement.

This position works on a 24/7 365 roster inc public holidays.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Promoting and maintaining the company's ongoing determination to improve its performance
- Assist with the creation of an empowered and challenging team culture that delivers outstanding performance
- Assist with the implementation of change to achieve positive outcomes for the business on a daily basis
- Provide support to Team Leaders
- End to end co-ordination of response efforts in collaboration with regional management, Client groups and external agencies/vendors
- Ensure real-time end to end Jeopardy Management of each attendance request

**About You**
- Experience working as a Dispatch Officer or similar, working with strong KPIs
- Sound computing skills, specifically in the use of the entire MS Office Suite
- An understanding of the operations and maintenance environment in telecommunications technical service centre or utility industry desirable
- Optimal
- Maximo, QFM, RDs and/or dispatch systems
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
