We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatch Operator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for dispatching jobs to drivers, making inbound and outbound calls to customers, and performing ad-hoc administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch of jobs to drivers using knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitan area
  • Making inbound and outbound calls to customers and liaising with insurance companies
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in Transport Dispatch or a related field
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
