Join a leading national transport business and play a key role in keeping our Dispatch Department running smoothly.

We are currently seeking areliable and motivated Office Administration Assistant to join our Dispatch team. This is a replacement role offering consistent early-morning hours, with opportunities to build your career in the transport industry.

The Role

Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the dispatch team
  • Managing data entry and documentation
  • Assisting with scheduling and communication tasks
  • General office duties as required
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Computer savvy with strong MS Office skills
  • Well-spoken, reliable, and committed to early morning hours
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Experienced in the transport industry (preferred, but not essential)
