This project services organisation requires two Dispatch Officers to join their growing team for a period of 6 months with the possibility of Permanent dependent on business needs. These roles will involve scheduling technicians and overall communication in responding to immediate demands in the service areas ensuring mínimal customer impact and that all KPI objectives are achieved. There will be a requirement to think logically, strategically and work well under pressure. You will have sound planning, scheduling, and leadership capabilities. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task several competing priorities at the same time and will be a proficient problem solver with solid Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel. Similar experience in Utilities, Telecommunications, Emergency Services or similar would be well regarded but not essential.

Hours of work are 7am to 7pm/7pm to 7am on a 2 day/2 night shift pattern as part of a 24/7/365 roster.
