**Dispatch & Administration**

**Duties**:

- Plan and dispatch tow trucks in accordance with customer timeframes
- Invoicing
- Answer customer calls - liaise with insurance companies, outside stakeholders and tow truck drivers
- Develop relationships with our drivers and key customers
- Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve transport issues as they arise
- General office administration and office support
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Previous dispatch experience highly desirable
- Quick learner
- Fast typing speed
- Attention to detail
- Being a team player and also able to work independently
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Honesty, integrity and professionalism
- High motivation, with the ability to complete own tasks using initiative
- Positive energy

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Airport West, VIC 3042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- ADMINISTRATION: 4 years (required)
