The role
This is an exciting opportunity to influence health outcomes for Queenslanders. The Team Leader Strategy and Insights oversees and co-ordinates the strategic communications functions including the development and delivery of state-wide strategic communication strategies that inform the tactics delivered by high-performing project teams across the branch. The team leader leads a small team of strategy and communication professionals.

The successful person
You will have a high level of experience delivering significant strategic communications projects and a thorough understanding of social marketing (not to be confused with social media marketing) and behaviours change. This will be supported by your strong relationship management, project management and analytical skills. Your highly developed communications skills will enable you to engage with management at all levels and to coach and mentor others in the branch.
