Product Strategy Leader

The Product Strategy Leader will spearhead the development and execution of product strategies for leading 4x4, performance, and OEM repair brands. This role entails driving innovation, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle management process, identifying new global product opportunities and developing comprehensive plans to capitalize on them.
  • Formulate pricing strategies grounded in market, customer, and competitive insights, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Promote product integration strategies across international markets, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Resolve complex quality issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Mentor team members and embed best practices to support capability development and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A commercially astute Product Manager who is not afraid of complexity and brings a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.
  • Proven success in product management, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket sectors.
  • Understanding of suspension system fundamentals and ability to translate technical specifications into commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and market analytics.
  • Ability to lead projects across multiple stakeholders with precision and clarity, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships, fostering collaboration and trust throughout the organization.
