Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Business Insights Leader to provide in-depth analysis and strategic guidance across our Asia Pacific region.

  • Develop and implement commercial frameworks, tools, and methodologies to drive consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Lead advanced market trend analysis, customer data evaluation, and competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Translate complex financial, market, and operational data into actionable insights supporting executive-level decision-making and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with account management, business development, and marketing teams to evaluate commercial performance and identify growth levers.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling, visualisation, and strategic presentations.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster an inclusive, learning-oriented environment that values diversity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial Frameworks and Tools: Develop, implement, and refine commercial tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive consistency and strategic alignment.

Market Analysis and Intelligence: Lead advanced analysis of market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence to uncover risks, opportunities, and inform pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market decisions.

Data Insights and Visualisation: Translate complex financial, market, and operational data into actionable insights that support executive-level decision-making and go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with account management, business development, and marketing teams to evaluate commercial performance and identify growth levers. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling, visualisation, and strategic presentations.

Talent Development and Environment: Mentor junior analysts and foster an inclusive, learning-oriented environment that values diversity and continuous improvement.
