Strategic Risk Insights Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Risk Insights Leader to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee a team of analysts, manage daily operations, ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting, and drive strategic insights to support key business decisions.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
- Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks.
- Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
