**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a skilled Subsurface Systems Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in optimising our subsurface systems and enhancing operational efficiency within our organisation. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in subsurface engineering to drive technical initiatives and improve system functionality.

- Lead and coordinate support and maintenance efforts for various business systems, ensuring their stability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities, driving the development and implementation of system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps for business systems, aligning them with organisational objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support related to business systems.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership on technical aspects of business system projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, leveraging emerging technologies to improve system functionality and performance.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining business systems.
- Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills, with a focus on subsurface systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the energy/utilities/resources industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
