**About the role**

Join our team as the Technical SME for Energy Components, where your primary goal will be to deliver stable and cost-effective services to the business. You will work closely with business units to achieve operational excellence and drive new capability enhancements.

**More about the role**:

- Provide and coordinate support & maintenance for Energy Components (EC) and other systems in the Commercial Portfolio (Cloud, SaaS, On-Premise, Desktop).
- Ensure the health, currency, and stability of systems to achieve operational excellence.
- Support upgrade projects and ensure project delivery is meeting the quality, cost and schedule expectations.
- Identify, support and execute changes and maintenance to the system as required to meet business needs
- Develop of internal reports using information held within the business support systems
- User training and development for business systems
- Create and maintain roadmaps in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Manage System improvements via a planned Program of Work or Delivery channel.

- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Information, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and working experience with Quorum Energy Components is advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of system design principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
