**Key Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Lead major technical projects for Petroleum and Gas.
- Provide effective technical support in the assessment of petroleum authorities and geothermal tenures through the establishment and maintenance of effective links with tenures administration.
- In conjunction with the Technical Manager, assist in developing and strengthening the skills of the technical team and tenures team to ensure that competency levels are maintained and enhanced within the Petroleum and Gas business unit.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of subsurface development and petroleum reserves and

resource estimation including economic analysis and commercial aspects of tenure management.
- Coach, mentor, and facilitate employees, encouraging professional development and continuous learning.
- Through systems, templates and processes, lead and facilitate service delivery for technical assessments.
- Prepare and present clear and effective briefings, correspondence, reports and submissions for a range of clients including industry, the Minister and executive management.
- Other duties as directed and required.
