Optimizing subsurface systems is a critical task that requires technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, Business Information, or Engineering, with proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining business systems.

Job Description:

As a Subsurface Systems Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical initiatives and improving system functionality. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating support and maintenance efforts for various business systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities, developing and maintaining comprehensive roadmaps for business systems, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support related to business systems, providing expert guidance and leadership on technical aspects of business system projects and initiatives, and facilitating requirements gathering sessions and contributing to the creation of technical documentation and training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information, or Engineering
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining business systems
  • Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills, with a focus on subsurface systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the energy/utilities/resources industry is advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and inspire teams to achieve excellence
