Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) team.

SUE involves mitigating risks associated with new infrastructure design and construction, which requires close collaboration with engineers and utility owners.

  1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SUE operations and experience in supervising crews.
  2. They must be able to manage day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality technical products and services.
  3. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in weekly operations calls and develop project scope, budget, and quality control for SUE projects.
  4. The role also involves planning crew schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring accuracy and standards are met during field activities.
  5. The SUE Manager will provide oversight and monitor performance goals, while maintaining client relationships and promoting safety efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
