**The Organisation**

Our client is an ASX listed global organisation who continue to expand their operations after a very successful period for the business. They are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their payroll division globally (ANZ, Asia, EMEA). **Responsibilities**

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the payroll team delivers to consistently high levels while driving continuous improvement initiatives and effectively managing compliance in-line with legislative requirements, policies and procedures. Your key tasks will involve overseeing a team of 5 as well as the following:

- Lead the Payroll team and promote best practice transactional Payroll service delivery
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions
- Ensure highest level of data accuracy and data integrity in alignment with systems and requirements
- Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy
- Senior stakeholder engagement with staff
- Develop and strive for process improvement to improve efficiencies
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries

The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a similar Payroll Manager position along with the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in full function Payroll processing having led a team
- Long term exposure ideally having used Oracle, ADP or another large system
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven process improvement initiatives
- Global payroll experience would have highly advantageous
