We're seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll function, including:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements;
- Preparing and delivering reliable, complete, and transparent payroll information and analysis;
- Liaising with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution of payroll processes.
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a global payroll team to success through clear and supportive leadership;
- Driving continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team;
- Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows and streamline operations;
- Maintaining effective stakeholder management across Finance and the wider business.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years' experience in payroll roles, with exposure to multi-jurisdiction payrolls;
- Deep familiarity with payroll compliance regimes in APAC, North America, and EMEA;
- Experience in successfully leading or being a key member of payroll transformation project(s);
- Proven leadership style that motivates, engages, and develops teams in complex environments.
