APAC Capacity Planning Specialist

The capacity planning analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining strategic forecasts, resource allocation strategies, and data analysis for the APAC operational network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network and operations strategy focused on resource alignment, volume management, staffing, product routing, and cost optimization for the APAC and EMEA operation network.
- Review and analyze historical authentication trends, prepare capacity data, develop predictive models, and evaluate results with specific attention to market trends.
- Provide data sets to support inbound forecasts across the APAC and EMEA network.
- Monitor trends in capacity plan error; analyze and drive corrective action to improve accuracy.
- Develop a network strategy for Authentication Center expansion within the APAC and EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies.
