**About us**:
We are currently seeking a detailed-oriented and organised Scheduler to join our team. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of this role include.
- Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules.
- Utilize scheduling software (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools) to create, update, and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or obstacles.
- Analyse schedule variances and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule performance metrics.
- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise and support as needed.
- Assist in the development of baseline schedules for new projects.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in scheduling techniques.
- Prepared to travel to site when required.

**Experience required**:

- Tertiary Qualifications (Advantageous)
- Scheduling/Programming -preparation, setting of milestones and ensuring timely completion.
