Due to continual growth and expansion of service offerings within SA, UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is looking to engage a full-time **Operations Scheduler **to support our Divisional Operations Coordinators in the efficient planning, scheduling and resourcing of works and services.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of all Field Staff and Plant & Equipment Resources across multiple divisions
- Attend day-to day rescheduling based on unplanned changes or emerging priorities
- Work closely or collaboratively with the Contracts Coordinator and Operations Coordinators to ensure contract deliverables are being met through the schedules
- Incorporate Contractors and Labour Hire resources into daily schedules when required
- Liaise with Contractors to ensure works are being completed when scheduled
- Liaise with Operations Administration Assistants with regards to staff activities
- Arrange and organise for hire Plant & Equipment when required for operational needs
- Assist with Operations Administrative tasks when required

**Skills & Qualifications Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in conducting planning and scheduling activities
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate competing priorities
- Excellent in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and other planning/scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
