The Role

We are looking for three Planning and Scheduling Managers, you will play an integral role working on site with construction teams one of our 3 Amazon Data Centre projects, based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will take ownership of the project from a planning point of view in this standalone position. You will develop and maintain integrated project plans and programs, whilst ensuring modifications to the schedule and their impacts are known & understood.

In this role on a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
- Provide strategic & operational assistance in the analysis (e.g. risk, spreadsheet, resources, curves) and monitoring of programs, also contributing to the development of plans, programs and reports.- Maintain and update the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules using your experience to identify opportunities at all levels.- Regular reporting on program to Key stakeholders.- Perform planning activities which may include undertaking research and document preparation to provide support within established planning guidelines.-
- Work collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders, communicating critical information clearly & concisely.

Skills Required:
- 5+ years' experience, in building and/or construction project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking- Must have experience planning complex building projects- Ideally a background from a leading main contractor environment- Advanced P6 skills- Be able to graphically represent the program methodology, and be confident to present and communicate the program- Relevant tertiary qualifications- High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.- High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
