About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules.
  • Utilize scheduling software (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools) to create, update, and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or obstacles.
  • Analyse schedule variances and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule performance metrics.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise and support as needed.
