**Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include**:
- Ordering materials and scheduling suppliers and external contractors required for the early stages of construction
- Collaborating with Site Supervisors, suppliers and external contractors to assist them with any onsite queries
- Interpreting contract documentation, plans and processes to ensure accurate information is communicated to all stakeholders
- Administration of building files
- Ensuring the timely receipt and upkeep of construction information
The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with mínimal supervision. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
