**About the role**:
**Duties**:

- Management of Synergy Projects Database and all data entry including:

- _Project set up _
- _Work breakdown phases set up and management _
- _Project Budgets - TBC _
- _Fee proposals and acceptance attached to the project_
- Customer service and answering customer related queries and booking of site inspections
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System - Operational Components - managing documents for risk register and document control register
- Other administration ad hoc duties as required as part of project

**Essential**
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software
- 5 years' (minimum) experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Great time management skills, organised and ability to prioritise.

**Desirable**
- Experience in a Professional Services business.
- Business administration or project administration qualifications is advantageous
- Experience using business / project management system "Totally Synergy", Simpro, SAP or the like.
- Experience in, project administration, engineering or construction industry.
