Job Title: Operational Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:

The Operational Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing the efficient, safe, and timely movement of cargo through the port consistent with Port Protocols and quality management systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team and external customers to manage the movement of commodities into/out-of the port
  • Manage rail and road movements into/out-of the terminal for all domestic and export customers
  • Collaborate with the Operations team, Maintenance and Capital teams, and Pest Control team during planning
  • Generate reports required to communicate plans with relevant stakeholders
  • Plan labor hours to cost-effectively execute weekly work plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in logistics and operations coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
