Senior Operations Coordinator Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of skilled fitters, coordinating their efforts to efficiently and effectively rebuild products in our service centre. You will be responsible for managing the team's workload, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the inspection, repair and reporting of customer equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process service orders, quotations and site work plans, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Lead by example, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and safety awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade certificate in mechanical fitting or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, with expertise in workload management and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
