**Purpose of the role**

The CTP Technical Claims Specialist oversees Youi's CTP claims portfolio, ensuring sound technical decisions, compliance with legislation, and best practice in injury claims. Working closely with our third-party provider, the role involves reviewing complex claims, guiding strategy, supporting dispute resolution, coaching staff, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of CTP claims operations and models.
- Contribute to strategic planning and provide practical thought leadership.
- Maintain compliance with risk and regulatory, requirements.
- Stay across industry trends to support innovation and competitiveness.

**About you Experience & Knowledge**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in CTP claims with strong technical capability
- Sound knowledge of CTP legislation, processes, and legal frameworks
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High integrity, accountability, and professional judgement
- Legal degree (desired)
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to risk and opportunity
- Comfortable in fast-paced, change-driven environments
- Experience in coaching, feedback, and team support
- Skilled in data analysis, quality assurance, and audit practices (desired)
- Commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
