**Are you looking for an organisation that has a high level of Integrity and professionalism?**

As a Claims Consultant you will be building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, and reviewing treatment requests and organising investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Manage your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation
- Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors and medical professionals, to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomes
- Review treatment requests and organise investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management
- Make settlement offers, attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation
- Attend conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyers

**Important to your success**:

- Proven para-legal personal injury experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Time management skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Skills to manage a target driven case load
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
