CTP Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work closely with injured parties, healthcare professionals, and legal representatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

  • As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing claims from initial intake through to final resolution, ensuring timely and fair outcomes.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, adjusters, and supervisors, to gather information, assess liability, and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers, vendors, and other external parties to resolve issues and provide support.
  • In this role, you will also contribute to process improvements, identify areas of risk, and participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of CTP insurance principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using data analysis tools and software preferred.
