Deliver exceptional customer outcomes as a skilled Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of CTP claims from lodgement to finalisation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including claimants, lawyers, and medical professionals.
  • Review treatment requests and conduct investigations to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomes.
  • Makes settlement offers, attends conferences, and negotiates agreements to progress claims towards finalisation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in para-legal personal injury matters.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
