We're looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of CTP Claims Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and evolve in the Australian and New Zealand general insurance market.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

As a CTP Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing disputes in a timely and high-quality manner, contributing to trends and insights, and providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement of claims services and outcomes. This role reinforces our reputation as a model litigant and enables a 'one CTP' approach to dispute management.

You'll own the end-to-end management of formal CTP dispute processes, including internal reviews, liability, and threshold matters such as Whole Person Impairment (WPI), treatment and care, earning capacity, and minor injury. Additionally, you'll provide insights and recommendations to improve claims practices, outcomes, and lead projects as required.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

- Minimum 2 years of technical claims experience in CTP
- Tertiary qualification/s in allied health
- Experience in dispute resolution or a background in allied health
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated strengths in written and verbal communications
- Ability to balance the drive for improvement with Customer, Regulator, and Community expectations
