**Description**

We require a suitably experienced individual to support the function of administration across the business. You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, be cool under pressure and be able to hit the ground running.

**The Opportunity**

**You are responsible for supporting the Administration Manager in the supervision and coordination of the administration team. You will be an active member of the transactional areas undertaking processing and validating orders, as well as reporting on the outcomes and KPI's being achieved by the teams.
- Assist with the training of staff.
- Implement new processes to ensure the success of warehousing & administration
- Maintaining database integrity and comprehensive error reporting
- Adhering to the SFL policies and procedures and safety and quality guidelines and processes.
- Responding to and appropriately investigating and resolving internal and external customer queries and complaints
- Liaise with customers and provide a timely response to queries and concerns.

**The Person**
- a minimum 5 year's proven and demonstratable experience in administration with experience leading & managing people
- well-developed analytical, reporting, and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy
- Well-developed communication, prioritization and time management skills
- Quick & eager learner
