Overview:
This role involves providing administrative support for a busy oil and gas company based in Perth's CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating inductions for contractors
- Ensuring compliance for contractors
- Managing data input onto Excel spreadsheets
- Providing exceptional customer service, including meeting and greeting clients and directing them to the relevant staff member
- Undertaking other administrative tasks as required by the General Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an administrative capacity
- Desirable to have previous experience in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Benefits:
- $35.00 per hour + superannuation
- Flexible start date
- Monday to Friday hours: 7.00am - 12.00pm
- Based in Perth CBD
